Origami is also used in architectural conceptual designs.
Architects have long been exploring various aspects of “compatible architecture” through concept projects.
One of these projects is related to students at the Institute of Progressive Architecture of Catalonia in Barcelona.
Researchers in this project are trying to produce a composite that can deform due to heat, humidity and light and then return to its original state.
If the composite is exposed to heat between 60 and 70 degrees Celsius, it enters a stage that can deform.

Inspired by the simple elegance of this ancient art, furniture designers create lamps and chandeliers, beautiful and functional chairs, shelves and a variety of tables.
It can be said that with this idea, they go beyond paper sculpture and make these elements an integral part of the home.

One of the most popular origami designs is the butterfly.
The butterfly has a beautiful appearance and it is not surprising that it is mentioned as a popular design in interior decoration.
This design can be used in different ways, hanging or on the wall.
The design is largely inspired by and close to Cappellini’s lively, cheerful and colorful design.
Each of the origami butterflies represents a dream in a particular direction.
Some ideas come before others, and they fly faster.
Each butterfly has a specific personality and destination, but when they fly together, a new dream is created.
The use of light-transmitting paper allows light to pass through the wings of the butterflies and a beautiful texture of color and light is formed against the inner dream of the white furniture collection.
